Live bookings
Live sessions are by appointment. All prices are in AUD, with the service price and duration shown before booking. Pay on the day or at the session. No deposit, advance payment or card guarantee is required.
You may cancel or reschedule at any time, without a notice deadline or fee. Please let Renee know promptly if your plans change.
Written readings
Anytime, Anywhere readings are prepaid written orders with no live attendance. Arrange your order with Renee before paying. Send your name, email address, a recent photo and your questions or intention through Business WhatsApp or email.
Standard delivery is by email within 3 business days after payment and all required details are complete. A 24-hour priority upgrade costs A$15, when capacity permits and your request is accepted. Your agreed deadline is confirmed when the order is ready to begin.
If you need to change or cancel a written order, contact Renee promptly. Any resolution takes account of the work already completed and your applicable consumer rights. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Choice, comfort and consent
You can ask questions, decline an activity, pause or stop. Optional light touch requires your specific consent. Breathing is gentle and unforced, without pressure, manipulation or an expectation of emotional release.
